The Avenger Performing Arts will endeavour to serve the public by being openly
accessible. It will seek to remove any discriminations, whether these result

The Avengers Staff will ensure that all their dealings with individuals and
groups will be carried out in a fair, just and equitable manner.
All cases of discrimination, direct or indirect, by any Staff or Member should
be brought to the attention of the Chairperson or Director. These will be
dealt with promptly and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with
the rules of the Organisation.
All Staff and Members are expected to assist in the implementation of the
Equal Opportunities Policy. It is every member’s responsibility to ensure
that any one person is not treated less favourable than others.
